Colin Bortner is a global public policy and government affairs leader with 15 years of experience working in cutting edge startups, global technology companies, boutique public affairs firms, and the US government. Through Think Speak, he helps companies, campaigns, and causes navigate issues in the technology, media, and telecommunications space and engage in the US, EU, and globally.

Colin works globally and lives in Amsterdam with his partner Caroline and dog Blue.
